The Work Study Groups consist of around 8 participants who meet to explore their own and others' issues using experiential learning (learning through experience) underpinned by organisational role analysis and facilitated by an organisational consultant.

Led by Angela Eden, Professional Associate of the Tavistock Institute.

Work gives people personal, professional and emotional challenges and usually employees are able to manage these experiences through discussion with friends and colleagues.

However, there are occasions when issues are too complex, fluctuating or delicate for easy discussion. And often these issues are not just personal, but part of a wider reflection of the organisation. Learning to unpack and recognise these phenomena is a powerful set of tools to take back to the work setting.
