Our Professional Associates come from diverse backgrounds and skills. Most of them have had long standing relationships with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) and all work with the TIHR values and to the highest of standards of professional services.
Our professional associates work with us in all the areas of our business, including consulting, researching, education and training, new product developments or think pieces, developing the TIHR' intellectual traditions, whilst bringing to the fore their own expertise and professional interests.

Joe Cullen
Dr Joe Cullen is Principal Associate of the Tavistock Institute, London, and was previously its Academic Dean.
Tim Dartington
Tim Dartington, once a member of staff of the Tavistock Institute in a series of ground-breaking action research studies on health and social welfare, continues to work as an associate of the Institute and has been active in the current ‘Refresh Programme’.
Kevin Dixon
A graduate of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) and City University Master of Arts (MA) Social Science in Advanced Organisational Consultation and TIHR Professional Associate, Kevin is owner (since 2005) of Cross Boundary Solutions Ltd, an independent consultancy practice based in Bournemouth.
Angela Eden
Angela Eden works as a management and organisation consultant. She originally trained in theatre skills, then as a teacher, and has post graduate study qualifications in Social Policy and Mediation.
Olya Khaleelee
Olya Khaleelee’s professional roles include corporate psychologist and organisational consultant; she has a particular interest in organisational transition and transformation.
Anjet van Linge
Anjet van Linge has over 16 years experience in working in and with international organizations in manufacturing, commercial and service environments.
Chris Ramsden
Christopher is a Senior Associate, who has been an integral part of the Tavistock Institute offer on ICT-related project assignments for many years.
Shirley Russell
Shirley Russell has been a researcher for nine years, five of which were with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) undertaking a range of evaluations. She has particular experience of research in health and offender related projects.
Simon Western
Dr Simon Western has had a long association with the Tavistock Institute as a friend and now as one of our Professional Associates. Simon is also the founder and director of Privileged Conversations Ltd a company taking critical, innovative and ethical perspectives on leadership in order to influence dynamic and sustainable change.
Kathleen White
Kathleen White, Ph.D., is a psychoanalyst and leadership development consultant in independent practice in New York. She is a founding member and past director of the William Alanson White Institute Organization Program, a Learning Center promoting psychoanalytic understanding of organizations.
