Olya Khaleelee

Olya Khaleelee’s professional roles include corporate psychologist and organisational consultant; she has a particular interest in organisational transition and transformation.

She has worked with the Tavistock Institute for over 20 years in developing group relations both in the UK and abroad, has been on the staff of many conferences and was the first female director of the Leicester Conference. She directed the Institute’s conference: ‘Leaders in Changing Organisations’ for the last three years.
