I joined the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) in February 2008, after working in STM publishing for 12 years.

Before joining the TIHR I worked for the BMJ Publishing Group for almost 10 years, first working with monthly specialist medical journals and latterly commissioning and editing summaries of the best available evidence on the effects of common clinical interventions.
