Stephen Deery

I have been Editor-in-Chief of Human Relations (TIHR) since January 2006 and combine this with teaching and research activities in the Department of Management, King's College London.

My research interests include absenteeism, employee turnover and organisational performance as well as issues to do with harassment in the workplace. Much of my recent work has been focused on call centres where I have carried out comparative studies in the UK, Australia and the US. Prior to my current post at King's College London I was a Professor of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Melbourne in Australia.
