Stephen Deery

Stephen Deery is Professor of Human Resource Management at King's College, University of London.

He was previously Head of the Department of Management and Industrial Relations at the University of Melbourne. He holds a PhD from LaTrobe University in Australia. His research interests include HRM and call centres, absenteeism and employee turnover and trade unions and organisational performance. He became Editor-in-Chief in January 2006.
