I am an experienced worker with people. I believe that people come to work to do a job. How people work together to do the job is hugely important. It makes a difference to feeling part of something, making a contribution, the satisfaction of doing good work. I believe relationships at work are critical, worth investing in and not always easy. I think in wholes and look for interconnections between parts: between people, teams, departments, organisations and the wider environment. I work, where I can, to redress dominant power relations which leave many people unheard and much talent unused. 

I am always interested in the unconscious processes that at times drive our more rational selves. My experience has come through my initial nursing training and now psychotherapy practice. Many years followed working in education and development in public, not-for-profit and corporate organisations. And most significantly working with thoughtful, creative, committed clients and colleagues.
