Across Europe the changes in the systems for the provision of health and social care services are reshaping the relations between statutory and third sector organisations. New services and new ways of working across organisational boundaries are encouraged and experimented. Alongside these changes, usually informed by the concept of ‘more for less’, the so called social economy, in its various forms, is growing in importance and relevance. For the third sector it is a time where change is also a process for survival and a process for development. It is a time for anxiety and excitement. The principles and practices of action research are particularly ‘fit for purpose’ for supporting these organisations. This workshop is part of collaboration, based on the Tavistock Institute’s Advanced Organisational Consultation (AOC) professional development programme. It is aimed at Italian leaders, HR managers and project managers of third sector organisations.

This event will take place on 16, 17, 18, and 19 of October 2012.
