The Tavistock Institute launches its first digital annual report
At the Tavistock Institute, we would say that one of our core values is to examine and make sense of the social and political context that we inhabit. It is a value that seems increasingly relevant as the world around us changes with increasing speed and unpredictability.
The process of making sense of changing societal behaviours and priorities can produce results that are hard for our clients to hear. Ultimately our aim is to help organisations and the people within them to develop, to be effective, more resilient and for growth and change to be sustainable.
In this first digital annual report, utilising animations, video, sound and written text, we have sought to capture some of our impact over the past financial year as we look forward to marking our 70th anniversary.
