Coaching for Leadership: Psychodynamic Approaches is a residential training programme in 4 modules beginning in January 2021.

Module dates for 2021 are:

  • 21-22 January
  • 18-19 March
  • 6-7 May
  • 10-11 June

This internationally recognised certificated programme allows you to:

  • Provide support for leaders in testing times, with multi-dimensional strategies;
  • Explore new ways of engaging with clients so productive ways forward emerge;
  • Examine and experiment with theories, models and techniques from the Tavistock tradition eg role analysis, and group relations – and those from newer strands in psychoanalysis, and management theory;
  • Learn in the here-and-now about unconscious barriers to learning that can undermine organisational performance;
  • Continue the journey afterwards by joining the Tavistock Community for our alumni.

There is an Early Bird discount of £500 for applications received before Friday, 1 October 2020.

The next programme starts in January 2021.
