A new certificated programme in Leading and Consulting in South Africa.

The Tavistock Institute has joined forces with two South African partners, The Institute for Leadership and Transformation (TILT) and the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), to develop this exciting new programme.

The programme is designed for senior organisational leaders, executives & managers, organisational consultants, coaches & mentors who wish to deepen their knowledge, understanding and engagement with the dynamics of systems leadership.

The programme consists of four modules:

• Module 1: 11 – 13 March 2019
  Dynamics of Organizational and Systemic Change, a 3-day module, co-directed by Lerato Motsoaledi and Mannie Sher.
• Module 2: 13 – 17 May 2019
  Exploring Authority and Systems – the courage to lead curiously, a 5-day residential Group Relations Conference. Director: Jean Cooper, Associate Directors: Eliat Aram and Michelle May.
• Module 3: 16 – 18 September 2019
  Organizational Role Consultation, a 3-day workshop co-directed by Leslie Brissett and Frans Cilliers.
• Module 4: Theory and Synthesis, co-directed by Leslie Brissett and Mannie Sher.

Modules 1, 2 and 3 can be taken together in one sequence, as stand-alone events, or spread over some years.
