This year will be the 70th Leicester conference – it’s our flagship Group Relations conference and the title for this year is The Art of Role: TAO of Tavistock. Come and learn how to pay attention to the Task, use your Authority and understand your Organisation more deeply.
Being authentic in role is an art. It requires an understanding of your gifts, your blind spots and the capacity to mobilise new strategies in changing contexts without succumbing to helplessness.
