A transnational network on partnerships in the European Social Fund (ESF) contributed to significant learning and good practice exchange across EU Member States.

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) has recently undertaken the evaluation of the Community of Practice (COP) on partnerships in the European Social Fund (ESF). The COP on partnership in the ESF was a community of practice for nine EU Member States meeting physically and online to discuss good practices and exploring learning opportunities on partnerships in the ESF. The evaluation assessed the effectiveness and relevance of the COP network and how it supported good practice and learning among and beyond the core membership.
