The Leicester conference 2016

The Leicester conference is our flagship Group Relations conference and the title for next year is The Art of Role: TAO of Tavistock. Come and learn how paying attention to the Task, using your Authority and understanding your Organisation can help you skip joyfully to work.

Being authentic in role is an art. It requires an understanding of your gifts, your blind spots and the capacity to mobilise new strategies in changing contexts.
