Intensive Weekend Experiential Leadership Programme

Intensive Weekend Experiential Leadership Programme

Reflect Relate Experiential Leadership invites you to join an online immersive 3-day weekend programme for leadership enhancement in May 2022.

Reflect. Relate. Transform your leadership

Reflect Relate Experiential Leadership invites you to join an online immersive 3-day weekend programme for leadership enhancement from 20-22 May 2022.

When you participate in this uniquely designed live simulation of an organisation, you have the opportunity to:

  • Study your leadership style and how it changes according to system and context;
  • Learn to understand and navigate team and organisational dynamics;
  • Explore how you lead and/or follow other leaders while working on a shared task;
  • Understand your leadership styles, roles, decision-making processes and relationship patterns

The programme includes a personalised pre-engagement session, a cohort network of current and emerging leaders, and additional resources including applicable readings.

At Reflect Relate Experiential Leadership Intensive Weekend Program, our framework is grounded in open systems and psychoanalytic approaches about leadership.  It addresses systems, interpersonal, group, and organisational behaviour and dynamics that occur both consciously and unconsciously.

Consider joining this programme if you are interested in learning more about your leadership, are a current or emerging leader, are experiencing a transition in leadership role, and/or are having difficulty in taking up your leadership.

The Tavistock Institute is working in partnership with Reflect Relate Experiential Leadership.
