This is an historic year: all eyes are on the City of Leicester after its football team won the Premiership in UK Football, a 5000-1 outsider. Looking back to the Leicester conference’s beginnings in 1957, who would have imagined that Group Relations, a unique way of learning, would have been incorporated into the programmes of the world’s leading Business Schools by now?
Come and join us as part of the 70th Leicester conference – it’s our flagship Group Relations conference and the title for this year is The Art of Role: TAO of Tavistock. Learning how to pay attention to the Task, use your Authority and understand your Organisation more deeply and being authentic in role is an art.
