The Tavistock Institute was commissioned by the WDA to evaluate the community regeneration toolkit over a three year period: 2002-2005.

Context

• Supported the capacity development process at each stage of the toolkit.
• Promoted learning between and across communities about successful development strategies.
• Identified and assessed progress at each stage of community development.
• Made links between processes, outcomes and impact.
