An organisational review and evaluation of services for the Wales Co-operative Centre, a third sector organisation sponsored by the Welsh TUC was undertaken during 2002-3.

WCC’s three service streams – co-operative development support, credit union support and enterprise rehearsal support to prospective sole traders – were evaluated through case study and survey methods. The organisation was reviewed in relation to its structure, information system and the coherence of its activities.
