Hilary brings depth of expertise in Organisation Development, Internal Auditing and Business Finance delivering transformation programmes and change projects. Her work supports global companies and international non-profits, as well as SMEs, 

Qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant in 1996 has given Hilary the platform to deliver effective Finance Business Partnership. She is practised at ‘translating’ business reality back into numbers and vice-versa, as well as focusing forwards, with extensive experience of budgeting, scenario planning and forecasting. 

Hilary also qualified as a Chartered Internal Auditor in 2005, with an MSc in Audit, Management and Consultancy. Moving to Switzerland, she spent more than 2 decades living overseas working across cultures and geographies. Specialising in Corporate and HR Governance, Hilary has successfully implemented risk and internal audit management programmes with Board-level sponsorship.

Since her promotion into Organisation Development, Hilary has designed and delivered wide-reaching and large-scale interventions for Executive and C-Suite clients in Life Sciences and Financial Services. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development since 2017, she is also a practised NED and Finance Committee member; most recently as Deputy Chair of People that Deliver, hosted by UNICEF.

Continuing to participate fully in experiential learning, such as the NTL Institute’s Certificate in Organisational Development and TIHR’s Group Dynamics at Board-Level programme, has brought valuable insights and given access to deeper meaning. Learning about human processes in organizational systems is ongoing, enabling Hilary to continue to navigate complex business situations and make sense of volatile operating environments.
