Certificate in Supervision for Consultancy and Coaching - apply now!

New! Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy

In our work as Coaches we often offer ourselves as mirrors to our clients, to observe, within a contained framework, their ‘spots’, their ‘make-up’, their behaviours, but who is there for the Coach if not the Supervisor –  the mirror of the mirror – helping the Coach to go much more than skin-deep, to further their development and work through wicked issues in their coaching practice.

We are inviting applications for our new Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy course for experienced Coaches who want to take the practice of coaching to a new ethical level. In coaching, we often encounter issues which are not that pretty, for which we need a second insight as well as support. Coaches need supervisors who have a capacity to see things afresh, who are generous in sharing their insight, knowledge and experience, who enjoy seeing other people grow, who encourage and practice both imaginatively and with resilience. If you want to become such a Supervisor , consider the TIHR Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy.

The course is for Coaches with at least 5 years’ experience and comprises 3 x 2-day modules which are non-residential, based in central London.

It is directed by Dr Eliat Aram and Dr James Mackay, who have extensive coaching and supervision experience across private and public sectors and also direct the internationally recognised Certificate in Coaching for Leadership and Professional Development, where they blend psychodynamic, Gestalt, systemic and complexity theories into a successful coaching practice.

For a brochure for the Certificate in Supervision for Coaching & Consultancy and more details of the module dates, fee and venue or if you have any questions, please contact Rachel Kelly: Professional Development Coordinator, r.kelly@tavinstitute.org
