A new kind of change practice / consultancy for South America.

Unpredictable shiftings are occurring in organisations and communities in South America and consequently those business professionals that are aligning work task forces with the changing social context need to think in more innovative and creative ways.

Consultancy is a field that is currently evolving to meet these challenges.  This means that the role of the change agent or consultant can be expanded and deepened in order to make sense of what is going on ‘under the surface’ which is creating these changes.

We are delighted that we can offer the P3C programme in Argentina in partnership with B&K Change.  The programme is run in English and Spanish and is for change agents, business professionals and consultants who wish to develop their change management practices using Tavistock methodologies.

This residential programme consists of six chapters divided into 3 modules of four days each. The dates for 2016 are:

• Module 1:  3 – 6 May
• Module 2:  5 – 8 July
• Module 3:  11 – 14 October

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations certifies the programme.

The programme is run in English (first language) and Spanish.
