Rebecca Swift

Rebecca is an artist-researcher, mentor, and Creative Director of Entelechy Arts, with over 33 years’ experience developing interdisciplinary arts in grassroots settings. Trained in Theatre BA Dartington, Performing Arts MA Middlesex, Working with Groups Diploma Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust. Her work spans spoken word, dance, theatre, and visual art.

Experienced in inclusion and culture within complex environments such as care homes, SEND schools, hospital wards, outdoors, and different localities - leading large-scale inter-community productions in non-traditional spaces. Interest in embodied modes of enquiry arising from the interface between arts, care, health, human rights, and community cohesion. Committed to art and culture rooted in the real.

Rebecca works with the Tavistock Institute building new collaborations with Entelechy Art’s inclusive practice.
