We own the international social sciences journal Human Relations and host Evaluation — the International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice. Both journals are published by SAGE.

Human Relations is an international peer reviewed journal, which publishes the highest quality original research to advance our understanding of social relationships at and around work through theoretical development and empirical investigation. Human Relations was established in 1947, is owned by the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and is published by SAGE.

Evaluation – The International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice is a journal whose aim is to advance the theory, methodology and practice of evaluation by bringing together knowledge and expertise from many disciplines, professions and countries.

Evaluation aims to be an international forum for dialogue and debate amongst scholars and practitioners. It was founded in 1995, is owned and published by Sage and edited by Elliot Stern.


The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations is partner to the journal Organizational Aesthetics, with Juliet Scott as editor-in-chief. Organizational Aesthetics is published by The Art of Management and Organization.
