This project involved the evaluation of a number of employment support schemes for disabled people located in independent sector. Involved support for and use of local evaluation activities.

The methods included a two-stage visit to every scheme, analysis of documentary material, case studies of schemes and emerging issues, and secondary analysis of monitoring data. Workshops for participants provided opportunities to discuss and validate emerging findings.
