The Leicester Conference is the 14-day experiential learning event that provides space to reflect and contemplate, within a global cohort, how you lead and follow.

For many decades, we have offered this two-week unique opportunity to explore eternally relevant questions about Life at Work. 

Designed for those who are deeply invested in understanding their relationship to leadership and authority in complex, uncertain contexts, this is the home of learning by experience and a conference like no other.

Join our online Discovery session to find out more. We invite you to share an hour with the Conference Directors and alumni to share experiences and ask questions.
