I am an organisation development and change researcher-practitioner specialising in group dynamics ─ team effectiveness, group development, and group/intergroup relations. I employ a mixed methods research approach, informed by systems psychodynamics, to unearth covert processes that undermine effective leadership, followership, and group/organisational development. My research interests include examining (1) group dynamics on distributed and remote teams; and (2) EDI-related organisational challenges linked to power, authority, and group identity/intersectionality.
