BBA (Hons) International Business and Marketing; MA Social-Organisational Psychology; MSc (Hons) Theoretical Psychoanalytic Studies
Senior Researcher and Consultant

I am an organisation development and change researcher-practitioner specialising in group dynamics ─ team effectiveness, group development, and group/intergroup relations. I employ a mixed methods research approach, informed by systems psychodynamics, to unearth covert processes that undermine effective leadership, followership, and group/organisational development. My research interests include examining (1) group dynamics on distributed and remote teams; and (2) EDI-related organisational challenges linked to power, authority, and group identity/intersectionality. I have experience:

  • advising senior leadership teams in global public health, education, and tech for social impact on how to improve their team and organisational effectiveness;
  • designing large-scale organisational culture change initiatives for public charter schools and public research universities;
  • and delivering innovative leadership development programmes for community entrepreneurs, social care senior leaders and direct service providers, and engineering and manufacturing job seekers.

Complementary to my role at TIHR, I am also Vice President of the Executive Committee New York Center for the Study of Groups, Organisations, and Social Systems, associate member International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations (ISPSO), and associate member, the A.K. Rice Institute (AKRI) for the Study of Social Systems.
