Katharina Mueller has been working with global organisations for over 30 years, both in management positions and as Executive Advisor.

Currently, Katharina is Head of Strategy and Organisational Development at a German Public Broadcast Company (ARD).

She has worked in Europe, Israel and the US and holds an MBA from Gutenberg University in Mainz, Germany and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leicester.

Katharine is the Deputy Chair of the Tavistock Institute Council.
