Principal Consultant

After more than 20 years of work in various leading HR roles, I want to be devoted to creating spaces for open conversations and meaningful learning experiences for leaders, teams and organisations. I like being in a field where the actual act of leadership is or isn’t happening. The most exciting projects for me are the ones that require tight co-creation with clients. It takes mutual trust to explore the unknown: in order to find ways forward when it is not clear what to do and how to do it. I believe that if one is reflective, attentive and honest, a way will emerge. I love to help translate business challenges into organisational development agendas and plans, so that organisations, leaders and teams can improve and thrive.

In my role as Principal Consultant, I deploy a psychodynamic way of thinking and my previous leadership and managerial experience.

I am particularly interested in complex organisational changes, organisational culture, leadership, OD projects and initiatives.
